SunSoft Online is hiring multiple UI Adjudicators, also described as Benefits & Eligibility Specialists, for an 8-week contract with an Arizona state agency. The role reviews applications for public assistance programs, conducts interactive interviews and fact gathering, verifies forms, follows up with applicants, explains rules and policies, and advises claimants, representatives, employers, and agencies. The position is fully onsite in Tucson, Arizona, pays $18.61 per hour, and includes approximately 7 weeks of in-person training. Strong performers may be converted to permanent state employment after training.
