Description
GHD is hiring a Tunnel Inspector for its Rail and Transit group in the Greater Toronto Area to inspect underground tunnel construction, monitor contractor compliance with specifications and safety and environmental requirements, maintain project records, and address non-conformances. The role requires at least five years of QA/QC inspection experience with TBM tunneling and precast concrete segmental lining, an OACETT rcsi designation or PEO EIT designation as an asset, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a valid MTO Class G driver’s license with vehicle access. The position follows a hybrid model requiring three days per week in the office and may involve nights, weekends, extended shifts, and overtime. The salary range is $75,900 to $126,500.
