Description
Evonik Corporation is seeking a Turnaround Coordinator to prepare, scope, analyze work orders and project scope, support the BID process, schedule, and coordinate maintenance turnaround activities to ensure plant safety, reliability, compliance, and availability. The role works closely with plant engineering, maintenance, production, safety, and operations teams to define turnaround scope, review job packages, manage risks and permits, facilitate update meetings, and coordinate shutdown activities across preventive, predictive, inspection, repair, and project work. The position requires extensive maintenance or planning experience, SAP proficiency, and preferred experience with RCA, Microsoft Project, and Intools, with a preference for a technical associate's degree or an engineering degree plus maintenance experience.
