CF Industries is hiring a Project Engineering Supervisor to manage a team of Project Engineers and contract support staff at the Donaldsonville Complex. The role oversees capital projects for planned turnarounds across ammonia, urea, nitric acid, UAN, DEF, green hydrogen, and CO2 compression units; supports capital budgets, schedules, EWR/AFE scopes, vendor coordination, safety and environmental compliance, equipment fabrication, and project performance. The position requires a B.S. degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited university, strong communication and management skills, and the ability to work in confined spaces and at heights.
