The role manages and coordinates the entire planning process for turnkey timber-construction projects, from concept design through detailed execution planning, while monitoring planning services, coordinating with project management and construction teams, supporting external engineering firms, communicating with clients and architects, reviewing planning documents, and developing industrial manufacturing solutions. It requires a degree in civil engineering, architecture, or construction management, several years of experience in planning and coordinating turnkey building projects, and proficiency with industry software such as AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, or BIM tools.
