Description
The Math Tutoring Lab Aide provides part-time, variable-hour tutoring and individual assistance to A-B Tech students in mathematics and basic statistics. The role also includes maintaining supplies, occasional data entry and recordkeeping, customer service, general office duties, and enforcing tutoring-center and A-B Tech policies. Applicants need an associate degree with significant coursework in math, statistics, or a related field, subject knowledge, tutoring or higher-education teaching experience, communication skills, basic computing skills, and graphing-calculator ability. The posting is continuous and may be filled on an as-needed basis, with a salary of $20.80 per hour.
