Description
Lam is hiring a Field Service Engineer to provide on-site repair and maintenance for semiconductor equipment at customer sites, troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems, minimize downtime, support installation, start-up, and relocation, and maintain knowledge of semiconductor capital equipment. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, cleanroom and safety capabilities, frequent domestic and international travel, and flexibility for varied shifts, overtime, and on-call work. Preferred qualifications include basic computer skills, electronics experience, English communication, and analytical problem-solving skills. The role may follow an On-site Flex or Virtual Flex work model.
