The Texas Water Development Board is hiring Program Specialist III and Program Specialist IV to provide complex consultative and technical assistance for its Flood Infrastructure Fund and other financial assistance programs. The roles oversee program administration, funding allocation, project implementation, compliance guidance, reporting, stakeholder outreach, and process improvements, while representing the agency to governmental and citizen stakeholders.
