Description
The Machine Operator will operate and set up production machines, monitor and adjust the production process, perform inspections and maintenance, report production data and deviations, collaborate with the team to meet production targets, and resolve malfunctions to minimize downtime. The role requires a secondary technical diploma or production-operator experience, strong communication and teamwork, problem-solving and attention to detail, shift or fixed night-shift availability, basic technology knowledge, and Dutch proficiency.
