Brouwerij Martens is hiring a Conditioning Operator in Kaulille (Bocholt) to work two shifts in the brewery’s conditioning department. The role involves operating, checking, and cleaning conditioning machines and workstations, handling simple process and technical deviations, performing quality checks, and applying HACCP, IFS, hygiene, and safety regulations. Applicants need technical aptitude, HACCP/IFS knowledge or willingness to learn, a technical diploma or relevant experience, and availability for the 6 a.m.–2 p.m. and 2 p.m.–10 p.m. shifts.
