Description
The company is hiring an experienced operator in Wevelgem to run insulation-waste recycling machines, monitor product quality, maintain equipment and workstations, replenish materials, support loading and unloading, sort waste, and assist technicians. The role requires Dutch language skills, independent initiative, teamwork, computer data recording, flexibility for two or later three shifts, and the ability to perform physical work. It is a full-time position with an attractive base wage of €19.79 plus a €1.39 shift premium and eight meal vouchers, along with in-house training and the possibility of a permanent contract after a successful temporary period.
