Randstad Belgium VG is hiring an Operator for automated packaging lines in a food-processing company. The role involves setting up, starting, operating, and changing the format of automated packaging lines; monitoring and maintaining process efficiency; reporting issues; resolving minor malfunctions; performing quality checks; and carrying out additional production tasks. Candidates need technical training or strong technical aptitude, with production-operator experience and automated-packaging experience preferred. The position follows a two-shift schedule and pays €17 per hour excluding shift premium.
