Description
The Operator assembles laminate layers, cuts laminates to size, performs quality checks, follows production procedures, and collaborates with colleagues to keep the production process running smoothly. The role requires some Operator or process engineering experience, MBO-level work ability, Dutch proficiency, accuracy, quality orientation, and willingness to work a two-shift schedule. It offers a gross monthly salary of €3,090 to €3,150, a permanent contract subject to satisfactory performance, and a full-time 37–40 hour workweek.
