Description
The Operator will set up, operate, adjust, and change over production machines for crispy snacks such as croquettes, bitterballen, and bamischijven; monitor production lines, resolve malfunctions, check raw materials, conduct quality checks, record data in the Patch system, and support colleagues. The role requires technical secondary or vocational education, at least two years of operator experience, HACCP knowledge or willingness to obtain it, Dutch proficiency, and good communication skills. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €2,964 to €3,306, including a 14% shift allowance, along with vacation, pension, bonus, commuting reimbursement, meals, training, and career development opportunities.
