Description
The Team Leader will manage a team of 5 to 10 employees in a manufacturing company in Oostrozebeke, guiding machine operators, production workers, and forklift drivers. Responsibilities include coaching and performance reviews, onboarding new colleagues, staff scheduling, resolving absences and unexpected situations, improving production and safety, coordinating with technicians, monitoring shop-floor quality and safety, and handling administrative tasks. The role requires a two-shift schedule, strong administrative and Microsoft Office skills, and willingness to work independently and collaboratively; prior supervisory experience is a plus but not required. Pay starts at €22,383 per hour, supplemented by shift premiums, with meal vouchers, insurance, a lease bike, and other benefits.
