Description
Harmattan Industries is seeking an experienced U.S. Army Business Developer to identify and capture opportunities across the Army enterprise, convert operational interest into funded programs, manage complex acquisition opportunities through contract award, and maintain relationships with Army headquarters, operational units, acquisition organizations, laboratories, Program Executive Offices, Program Managers, and industry partners. The role requires at least three years of progressively responsible experience supporting the U.S. Army, an extensive Army network, knowledge of autonomous systems and related defense technologies, and experience navigating DoD acquisition pathways.
