Description
The Immigration Program Manager leads BD’s domestic immigration program, serves as the primary subject-matter expert for US immigration matters, and supports foreign nationals across the business. The role manages H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, permanent resident, and PERM processes; coordinates with immigration counsel and internal stakeholders; ensures compliance and timely renewals; develops immigration policies and training; and advises business leaders and HR. The position is based in San Diego, California, requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 3–5 years of immigration experience in a large corporate environment, and offers an annual salary of $115,000 to $183,900 USD.
