Kiva is hiring a part-time, United States-based remote Operations Intern for a six-month volunteer internship from January 12, 2027 through June 30, 2027. The intern will support the U.S. lending program by screening and approving loan applications, assisting borrowers during fundraising campaigns, managing delinquency, piloting operational improvements, collaborating with partnerships, supporting impact storytelling, and improving training materials. Applicants must have authorization to work in the United States on a permanent, full-time basis; visa sponsorship is not available. The role requires strong critical thinking, communication, organization, problem-solving, and intermediate skills with Google Docs, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and offers a $800 monthly stipend before taxes.
