Description
The UAS Capabilities Analyst at Attollo, LLC will conduct a Baseline Comparison System (BCS) analysis to integrate current and emerging electromagnetic warfare (EW) and airborne network extension (ANE) capabilities into the Marine Corps MQ-9 Training and Readiness (T&R) framework. This role focuses on identifying training gaps, redundancies, and skill requirements across various communities like aircrew, maintenance, and command and control. The analyst will leverage instructional design best practices such as Marine Corps Instructional Systems Design (MCISD) and Systems Approach to Training and Education (SATE) to recommend actionable curriculum updates and task lists, aiming to enhance operational readiness and serve as a crucial link between operational needs and training development.
