Survey Solutions is hiring a UAS Operations Manager to lead company-wide unmanned aerial systems operations across the United Kingdom. The role combines hands-on UAV survey flying with governance, safety, pilot training, equipment management, data processing and quality assurance, operational compliance, and development of drone services. The manager will oversee pilots indirectly, maintain CAA-compliant systems and procedures, support BVLOS readiness and emerging UAV technologies, integrate drone data with land and utilities surveys, and contribute to commercial growth in rail, energy, and infrastructure monitoring.
