Survey Solutions is hiring a Regional UAS Operations Manager to lead the company's UK-wide unmanned aerial systems operations. The role combines hands-on UAV survey flying with governance and management of pilots, training, safety, equipment, compliance, data processing, and service development. Responsibilities include operating DJI Matrice, Wingtra, fixed-wing, and multirotor platforms; producing RAMS and complying with Civil Aviation Authority requirements; processing and quality-assuring photogrammetry, LiDAR, thermal, and inspection data; developing SOPs and audit systems; maintaining pilot qualifications and currency; advancing BVLOS readiness and SORA knowledge; evaluating emerging drone technologies; supporting commercial proposals; and coordinating project logistics, resources, and records.
