Description
The UAS System Engineer will serve as a technical authority for ArduPilot-based unmanned aircraft systems, including multirotor and fixed-wing platforms. The role covers aircraft development, avionics and sensor integration, flight-control architecture, ArduPilot configuration and parameter management, flight-log analysis, troubleshooting, system-level trade-offs, software-interface definition, and flight-test support. Candidates need a relevant engineering degree, proven UAS system-engineering experience, extensive hands-on ArduPilot experience, flight-dynamics and control-loop knowledge, and experience integrating sensors and avionics.
