Description

CACI is hiring a full-time Datalinks Engineer to provide technical oversight and subject-matter expertise for UAS datalink system development, integration, qualification, sustainment, upgrades, and field-issue resolution. The role supports UAS datalink strategy, RF and communications systems, encryption, standards, COMSEC, TRANSEC, EMI/EMV/EW hardening, and coordination with government laboratories, contractors, and NATO partners. It is an on-site position with limited telework eligibility, up to 25% continental United States travel, and a proposed salary range of $120,300 to $264,800.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in a hard science or technical discipline
Required Previous Experiences: Experience with UAS datalink, RF, communications, or related mission systems
Experience with encryption, RF modeling, datalink standards, COMSEC, or TRANSEC
Experience supporting systems involving modems, RF equipment, antennas, radomes, interfaces, protocols, software, waveforms, and EMI/EMV/EW hardening
Preferred Qualifications: More than five years of relevant experience
Product Management Office experience
Industry experience
Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance
Experience supporting Department of War, Army Aviation, acquisition, product office, or program management office environments
Experience coordinating with government laboratories, development organizations, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders
Experience developing or reviewing Performance Work Statements or technical acquisition documentation
Experience supporting system development, integration, qualification, sustainment, upgrades, or field issue resolution
