Description
Citi is hiring a full-time UAT Analyst for its KYC Operations team to develop test plans, scenarios, and scripts; execute user acceptance testing for KYC/AML systems; track defects; assess controls and compliance risks; and coordinate with business, technology, and compliance teams. The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in UAT, quality assurance, or KYC/AML operations, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and UAT experience in banking. The analyst will support the EMEA shift and the first half of the NAM shift.
