Tycho.AI is hiring a UAV Flight Test Lead to plan and own unmanned aircraft flight-test campaigns from bench and simulation through fielded capability. The role coordinates software and hardware teams, develops test plans and hazard analyses, leads field tests, manages FAA and military-range compliance, establishes telemetry and data pipelines, and leads root-cause investigations. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in an engineering field, hands-on system-level flight-test experience, an FAA Part 107 remote pilot certificate or ability to obtain one, and experience with flight software, telemetry, data analysis, and collaborative engineering tools. The position is primarily in-person in the field, with travel to test sites and variable weather.
