Description
The UAV Hardware Engineer builds, assembles, wires, tests, repairs, and maintains electro-mechanical UAV subsystems and complete aircraft. The role covers wiring harnesses, connectors, batteries, power and control modules, lab and small-batch production workflows, reliability testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and training. It requires extensive hands-on experience with mechanical and electro-mechanical systems, hardware assembly and repair, soldering, crimping, low-voltage electrical systems, diagnostic tools, and systematic troubleshooting. Formal degrees are not required, and the position requires a nationality from a NATO member nation or close ally.
