Description
Rainmaker is hiring a UAV Production Technician to assemble unmanned aircraft, install wiring harnesses and electrical assemblies, support flight testing and field operations, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, perform maintenance and repairs, inspect parts and assemblies, and improve production processes. The role requires 2–6 years of hands-on experience in UAV, aerospace, robotics, integration, or full-scale manufacturing, along with mechanical and electrical assembly, technical-drawing interpretation, troubleshooting, field-travel, and shop-safety skills. Compensation is $30–$35 plus overtime and equity, with medical, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
