Canonical is hiring a Test Engineer to own the testing strategy and infrastructure for Ubuntu Linux kernels. The role involves designing functional, stability, performance, and security test plans; building and maintaining automated test frameworks; developing CI/CD pipelines; conducting benchmarking, regression, stress, and fuzzing tests; improving code coverage; and collaborating with kernel engineers. The position is based remotely in the APAC region, with office-based locations in Taipei, Taiwan, and Beijing, China.
