Description
Centuria is hiring a UC Engineer at Hanscom AFB to design, manage, implement, troubleshoot, and support unified communications and voice infrastructure for the 66th Air Base Group Communications and Information Division. The role includes configuring Avaya Aura, session border controllers, CAIRS E-911, Sonexis, vIPers, and T-Metrics ACD; troubleshooting SIP-based sessions; planning voice environments; maintaining operational procedures and topology maps; and supporting emergency operations. A Secret clearance, bachelor’s degree in IT, CompTIA Security+, and extensive UC, voice, and network troubleshooting experience are required.
