New Era Technology is hiring a UC Field Engineer to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Avaya Aura Communication Manager and IP Office telecom infrastructure at customer sites. The role provides on-site and remote support for enterprise voice, IP telephony, SIP and H.323 connectivity, call routing, gateways, and contact center systems, while coordinating with carriers, vendors, and IT teams. Candidates need at least five years of Avaya administration experience, relevant networking knowledge, Avaya implementation and support certifications, and the ability to travel to customer sites.
