Description
The Dairy Processing Operator will operate and adjust milk, cream, whey, and CIP equipment; monitor and log production variables; verify product samples; maintain records; clean and troubleshoot machinery; and support quality, food safety, GMP, and safety procedures. The role also assists coworkers, trains new employees, and helps with maintenance when needed. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with dairy or cheese industry experience, manufacturing experience, and knowledge of HACCP, GMP, OSHA, and safety programs.
