Description
Micron Technology is hiring a Validation Engineer for its EDG Automotive SSD Validation organization. The role develops and maintains validation strategies, test suites, automation frameworks, and infrastructure for automotive SSD products, covering firmware, hardware, system-level, performance, reliability, power management, error handling, endurance, and compliance testing. The engineer collaborates with firmware, hardware, architecture, product engineering, and quality teams, investigates failures, applies AI-assisted development and validation tools, and supports product qualification and release readiness. The position requires a relevant bachelor's or master's degree, Python and/or C programming experience, validation methodology knowledge, and international travel; experience with product validation, SSD architecture, storage protocols, failure analysis, and automotive quality standards is preferred. The base salary is 31,000–54,000 euros per year with B2 CCNL Level.
