Description
HELLA Gutmann is hiring a UI/UX Designer to work across the entire product lifecycle for workshops and other customer groups. The role involves translating stakeholder requirements into usable designs, conducting user research, testing and validating prototypes, creating wireframes and pixel-perfect designs, handing off to development, maintaining the design system, and using tools such as Figma, Adobe CC, Copilot, Confluence, and JIRA. The position requires several years of user-centered design experience, strong UX and UI skills, fluent German and English, and the ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
