Description
MI Technical Solutions, Inc. is seeking a UI/UX Developer to design and create user-facing interfaces and experiences. The role involves analyzing user requirements, creating personas, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes; collaborating with software engineers and product managers; conducting usability testing; ensuring cross-browser and accessibility compliance; and maintaining design standards. Candidates must maintain DoD security clearance, hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, have at least three years of user-facing design and development experience, and be experienced with React.js, CSS, Power Platform, Figma, Balsamiq, Material Design, and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.
