The role is a senior UI/UX Designer focused on building the user experience for an incentivized fintech ecosystem combining insurance, loyalty, social earning, payments, and KYC. Responsibilities include optimizing conversion funnels, visualizing financial and reward structures, balancing compliance with engagement, using A/B testing and analytics, and improving social referral and transactional flows. The position requires at least five years of UI/UX design experience, including two years in a senior or managerial role within fintech, e-commerce, or loyalty and rewards platforms, along with Figma, design-AI, analytics, Indonesian, and English proficiency.
