InPost is hiring a UiPath Developer to join its RPA Center of Excellence and develop, scale, and maintain UiPath automation solutions across multiple European markets. The role combines traditional RPA with AI and large language model integrations, including reusable components, enterprise-system integrations, business logic, error handling, monitoring, and documentation. Candidates need at least three years of UiPath development experience, RPA-AI experience, business process automation knowledge, enterprise-system experience, English B2 proficiency, and Polish fluency. The position offers a hybrid model in Cracow or Warsaw and a contract of employment.
