Description
Allica Bank is hiring a UK banking compliance professional to provide second-line-of-defence oversight and challenge over the bank’s compliance with FCA, PRA, PSR, FSCS and other regulatory obligations. The role owns or supports the regulatory compliance framework, obligations inventory, regulatory change and horizon scanning, regulatory reporting governance, breach and notification management, SMCR governance, product compliance reviews, compliance monitoring, and senior governance reporting. Candidates should have strong UK banking regulatory compliance experience, knowledge of FCA and PRA requirements, and the ability to interpret rules, build evidence-led controls, and use analytics and AI-enabled tools safely.
