Description
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will support the UK Talent Acquisition team by identifying, attracting, and hiring talent for Version 1, managing inbound and passive candidates, coordinating candidate journeys, creating job specifications, reporting recruitment metrics, and contributing to employer branding. The role requires 5 to 8 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, UK or European geography IT hiring experience, proficiency with LinkedIn and social networks, and experience with first-round interviews and telephone screening.
