Description
The UKG Pro WFM Scheduling & Clinical Scheduling Extensions Analyst configures, maintains, and optimizes UKG Pro Workforce Management scheduling and clinical scheduling extensions, including rules, shift templates, labor allocation, and patient guidelines. The role partners with HR, operations, payroll, and IT to improve staffing, ensure labor and healthcare compliance, support end users, analyze scheduling and attendance data, assist with system upgrades and training, and contribute to workforce analytics. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of UKG Pro WFM scheduling experience, and up to 20% travel. Compensation is $73,632-$105,000 annually, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
