RCM is hiring a UKG Project Manager for a direct-hire/permanent placement in a US remote role. The position manages UKG Ready™ full-suite implementations, serving as the primary contact between customers, RCM, and UKG project teams. Responsibilities include project planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, change management, milestone signoff, budget and timeline control, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires prior UKG Ready implementation experience, a bachelor's degree, and at least three years of UKG Ready implementation experience; project management certifications are a plus. Compensation is up to $80,000 per year plus bonus, with medical, dental, and vision benefits.
