Citi is hiring for a one-year Citi Ukraine Internship Program, a management development internship offering two six-month rotations: one in a front-office business such as banking, markets, or services, and one in a functional area such as operations or controls. The program provides exposure to client solutions, market research, financial solutions, sales and trading, process improvement, risk management, compliance, and regulatory governance. It follows a hybrid working model and seeks current final-year university students or recent graduates with up to two years of experience, strong academic records, English and Ukrainian language skills, and strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and adaptability skills.
