Description
The Claims Handler will manage a caseload of pre-litigated and low-value litigated motor claims for corporate clients, handling matters from inception through settlement, identifying cases for early litigation, maintaining accurate data, communicating with clients, and mentoring or training other team members. The role requires ULR RTA handling experience, full claim-cycle experience, Microsoft Office and email skills, customer service, negotiation, communication, and organisational skills, with litigation knowledge desirable. It is a 35-hour-per-week hybrid role based primarily in Liverpool, with one office day and four days from home.
