Description
The employer is hiring an Ultrasonic Testing Inspector at Level 1 or Level 2 to inspect castings in a foundry on shifts. Level 1 duties include conducting ultrasonic testing, documenting results, marking anomalies, preparing test parts and equipment, and complying with quality and safety requirements. Level 2 duties additionally include independent evaluation, creating and optimizing inspection instructions, component assessment, and supporting fault analysis and quality improvements. A valid DIN EN ISO 9712 ultrasonic testing certification is required, while foundry or materials-testing experience is advantageous.
