Butterfly Network is hiring a hybrid ultrasound imaging engineer to develop and optimize ultrasound modes and image processing pipelines for medical imaging products. The role focuses on collaborating with clinical, hardware, software, transducer, and ASIC teams to improve image quality, implement processing algorithms in Python/C++/GPU code, and advance next-generation devices. Candidates should bring advanced ultrasound, beamforming, signal and image processing expertise, along with strong programming and modeling skills; the position is based in Burlington, Massachusetts or the San Francisco Bay Area and does not offer visa sponsorship.
