Description
Fairfax Radiology Centers is hiring a PRN Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer for its Alexandria Imaging Center. The role performs general ultrasound examinations, including obstetric, gynecologic, abdominal, and small-parts imaging; acquires and evaluates diagnostic-quality images; communicates findings with radiologists; and provides compassionate patient care. The position offers weekday hours from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with no weekends, evenings, major holidays, or call, and includes free on-site parking. Applicants need RDMS certification upon hire, current BLS certification, strong interpersonal skills, and preferably at least one year of general ultrasound experience. Compensation is $39.95 to $54.05 per hour.
