Description
The Ultrasound Technologist performs diagnostic ultrasound procedures, prepares and documents patients, relays findings to physicians, and participates in quality improvement and staff education. The role requires an AMA allied-health ultrasound training program, ultrasound credentialing, and BLS; one year of ultrasound experience and familiarity with EPIC, PACS, and RDMS are preferred.
