Description
The Regional Programme Manager, Push Forward Strategy, will serve as the focal point for implementing and developing the ECARO Push Forward Strategy, coordinating technical guidance across the Regional Office and Country Offices, monitoring progress, supporting partnerships and resource mobilization, and producing analytical and knowledge-management products. The role may supervise an intern and time- or task-bound consultants and requires a master’s degree or equivalent, at least two years of progressively responsible programme experience, gender-equality and civic-space expertise, English fluency, and relevant analytical, writing, and management skills.
