CDC Habitat is hiring a full-time, fixed-term Unaccommodated Building Caretaker in Lyon, France. Reporting to the Ain Rhône Nord Sector Manager, the role serves as the primary tenant contact for local matters and handles property maintenance, cleaning, minor works, contractor oversight, tenant complaints, move-ins and move-outs, rent collection, vacant-unit monitoring, marketing, and social support. The position requires a CAP-level education, caretaking and cleaning experience, knowledge of building finishing trades, MS Office and IKOS proficiency, and excellent French; it offers 37 hours per week, paid leave, a 13th-month salary, family health insurance, and other benefits.
