All Pro Security is hiring part-time/on-call Security Officers for its Portland team, primarily supporting weekend operations with additional opportunities throughout the week. The role involves foot patrols, surveillance monitoring, incident response, adherence to post orders, and preparation of security reports. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, must be at least 18 years old, and should have an Oregon DPSST Security license; prior security, law enforcement, military, or customer-facing experience is a plus. Pay is $20–$22 per hour for a licensed unarmed guard, with paid time off and potential full-time benefits.
