Callen-Lenz is hiring a full-time Uncrewed Aircraft Pilot in Salisbury, Wiltshire, United Kingdom. The role involves planning, commissioning, and executing flight tests and development programmes on prototype and customer uncrewed air systems, including manual and automated operations, flight-data analysis, autopilot integration, aircraft modification, and maintenance. The pilot will report to the Flight Operations Manager, work with software engineers, and support development activities while maintaining safety and regulatory standards. The position requires a BMFA FW ‘B’ certificate, a General VLOS Certificate for fixed-wing and medium-range operations, strong RC flying skills, and the ability to work in the UK; a British citizen or existing right to work in the UK is required.
